Our Staff
 We have an experienced, highly trained staff of therapists who love the work they perform.

Colleen graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1977 with a B.S. in Physical Therapy. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2008. Colleen is board certified in pediatrics with the American Physical Therapy Association. She is a pediatric practitioner in neuro-developmental therapy (NDT), hippotherapy and cranio-sacral therapy. Colleen has extensive experience in assistive technology, seating and mobility for children with disabilities. Colleen works in a variety of pediatric settings including schools, homes, and the clinic. Her favorite place to play is at the barn. She has been a lecturer in a variety of educational formats. Colleen's entire career has focused on a holistic approach to integrating physical therapy into a therapeutic lifestyle for children with disabilities and their families. She is happiest when children can experience their own power of participation and engagement with life.  Colleen lives on her farm with her family, horses, dog and ducks. She dabbles in watercolor painting and the arts, rides her horses, enjoys sailing and loves adventure. She promotes the humanitarian work of bringing the gift of mobility to children in Tibet.
Tammie received her B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1984 from Quinnipiac University and has worked with Pediatric Physical Therapy, Inc. since 1989. Prior to this she was a physical therapist with Easter Seals of New Hampshire. In 1997, Tammie became an APTA board certified specialist in pediatrics. Tammie is also a consultant with the New Hampshire Special Medical Services Neuromotor Clinics.  Tammie has extensive experience in adaptive equipment as well as helping families plan for services and needs throughout the school years. She provides services to children in the schools, clinic, home, pool and hippotherapy settings. Tammie is married and has two children. She is an avid Patriots fan and also enjoys the Red Sox and Bruins.   She enjoys spending time with her family, and loves her granddaughter to the moon and back! (Just ask for pictures…she has plenty!)
Kim graduated from the Vocational-Technical College in Claremont in 1981 and has been practicing Physical Therapy for the last 30 years focusing on Outpatient Orthopedics and Pediatrics. As a Physical Therapist Assistant she has had the pleasure of working with a great team of professionals as well as amazing children. Kim is the mother of Ryan and Shannon. She loves both the ocean and the mountains, and enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, snowmobiling, skiing, tennis, and the Red Sox!
Judy graduated from Becker Junior College in 1982 with her PTA degree.  She works in schools, in our clinic as well as in the pool.  Her favorite part about working with children is seeing their smiles and getting to play all day!  Outside of work, Judy enjoys camping, sports, watching the Red Sox and Patriots games and hanging out with friends and family.
Becky graduated from Fairfield University with her B.S. in Biology in 1997 and then graduated with her M.S. in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2000. Becky has worked in a variety of pediatrics settings for 18 years.  She has worked at Pediatric Physical Therapy since 2002 and has worked with young babies through high school age.  She enjoys staying active and spending time with her family at their lake house. Becky is married and has two children of her own; a son and a daughter.
Jeff graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Clinical Science and his M.S. in Physical Therapy. He has worked with patients from birth through young adulthood in home, school, community and clinic settings. His areas of interest include pediatric fitness and strength training, bicycle training and community-based recreation. He believes hard work and humor can go a long way in enriching a child's life. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and being active outdoors. He has two children and believes in celebrating each of life's small successes.
Jennifer graduated from Northeastern University with her B.S. in Rehabilitation Science in 2004 and her M.S. in Physical Therapy in 2005. She performed her pediatric clinical affiliation at Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, RI. Jennifer joined Pediatric Physical Therapy in 2006. She enjoys working with students in preschool through high school and providing physical therapy at our clinic and in our hippotherapy program. Jennifer is married, has three children and two rescue dogs.  Jennifer and her family love spending time outside! 
Kelly graduated with a B.S. in Clinical Science and her M.S. in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College.  She loves working with children of all ages and has done so in a variety of settings, including early intervention and in schools.  She has also worked in out-patient orthopedics.  Kelly believes that putting forth your best effort while having fun is important in all aspects of a child's life.  She has two children and, along with spending time with her family, enjoys reading, hiking and skiing. 
Julaine graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983 with a BS degree in Physical Therapy and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College in 2010. She has spent nearly her entire career working in pediatric settings including early intervention programs, outpatient rehabilitation, home care, public schools, and even in summer camps!  Julaine’s most recent interest has led her to obtain a certification in aquatic physical therapy, although she still enjoys working with kids on land too!  She believes that physical therapy should be fun, functional, and integrated into everyday life activities.  Julaine is married, has 3 children, and enjoys swimming, biking, gardening, and reading.
Kelly earned her physical therapy assistant degree from the NH Vocational-Technical College in Claremont, New Hampshire in 1985.  She has worked in acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine clinics.  For the last nineteen years she has worked with pediatric patients in central New Hampshire schools.  Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, music, crafting, and kayaking.  Pediatric Physical Therapy is the most fun she has ever had at work.
Kelsea received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in May of 2013, after completing her Bachelors in Health Science at Quinnipiac University in 2009. During the last year of her Doctorate program she had clinical rotations in Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Texas.  She has gained knowledge, compassion and love for physical therapy through years of involvement at It’s Ability as an aide during hippotherapy, aquatic and clinic treatment sessions. While Kelsea loves to travel, her home has always been in New Hampshire.  She loves to spend time at her family farm, hang out and play sports with friends and be outdoors with her dogs. Kelsea is excited to start her physical therapy career at It’s Ability.
After receiving his Bachelor of Movement Science, Sports, and Leisure Studies from Westfield State University in 2013, Lew continued on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in May of 2017. Lew has known since he started PT school that he wanted to work in pediatrics and considers himself a kid at heart. As a student clinician, Lew completed internships in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas, and Florida.  He has gained valuable experience in aquatic and land-based therapies, including school-based and volunteer work with hippotherapy.
